Tony Versace OAM, Corporate Business Sales & The Business Coach®
Born in Adelaide, South Australia, enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy aged 17, served 9 years. Honourably discharged as a Non Commissioned Officer, served a further 5 years in the Royal Australian Naval Reserve. Since then he has owned and managed a variety of businesses, in the Retail, Hospitality and Business Services Industry. In 1974 he started his career in Business sales and acquisitions and developed a Business Broking House, which has generally been regarded in the Industry, as synonymous with provision of Business Services.
In 1987 his Business Brokerage firm, was acquired by South Australia's Biggest Building Society, which went onto become a bank, he re-acquired the business in 1992 in a management buyout.Tony Versace has broad experience in Business and Commercial financing, having been a Director of a Financial Institute, he has served on a number of Industry Boards, including that of Chairman, of the Real Estate Institute Business Division for 4 years. In addition to his Financial and Business Broking expertise, he also provides substantial entrepreneurial drive and corporate experience.
In December 2017, Tony transferred his shareholding in Versace Business Services Pty Ltd to director Pat Versace, to focus on his passion of Community service.
Tony will continue on at Versace Business Services,in a mentoring role and Corporate business sales consultant.

Pat Versace Director, Manager - Retail Shop Front Sales
In 1982, Pat Versace joined the company as a business sales consultant and developed a solid grounding in all facets of business sales. Since the mid 1980’s Pat has trained and developed many successful sales teams. Pat has an excellent success rate in Shop Front Retail sales, for many years he has specialised in the sale of Corporate Snackbars, Large Café’s and Licenced Restaurants, and is renowned for negotiating outstanding results for our clients.

With over 30 years of involvement in the industry, Grace Versace has held many various roles in Versace Business Services in the areas of Sales, Management and Administration. Grace's expertise keeps the office on track to providing a greater level of service to our clients.

Having over 25 years experience in running and managing his own business from accommodation and tourism, vineyards and wine production, real estate development and property management he believes “I’m in the perfect position to advise vendors in selling their business and achieving the best possible result”.
During the 90’s Ernie spent 10 years building a successful, vibrant, real estate agency before selling his business to a National Franchise and moving into other ventures. Ernie has a first hand understanding of the emotions and process a business owner goes through when contemplating selling.
Ernie’s wealth of business experience, along with his determined approach and successful sales and negotiating skills will ensure that he will provide his clients with the level of service they deserve.
Ernie is married with 2 daughters and nothing gives him more pleasure than spending time with his family and friends.
